Subject: Resignation from Post of BSO.R/Sir,This letter is to notify you that I am resigning from the post of Banca Sale Officer(BSO) in Jubilee Life insurance post at Soneri Bank Limited, with immediate effect. I was one ofthe leading BSO of the region and qualified foreign convention as well under the leadership ofprevious branch managers.Today, I am resignation from this wonderful organization due to rude and incompetent behaviorof Mr. Yasir Arain branch Manager Soneri Bank Limited Nawabshah branch. His attitude towardme and all other junior staff is totally unprofessional and he is treating us in the way which totallyunacceptable. We find it very difficult to work under the supervision of this kind of branchmanager. He is also exploiting his position for his personal gains & rewards. He doesn’t knowhow to deal with female staff and uses abusive language with all staffs; he also tried andenforces me to generate the Banca Business by wrong means. This matter was alreadycommunicated to my team Leader of Jubilee life insurance.Furthermore, being a female staff and this kind of supervisor in Soneri Bank limited, it quitedifficult for me to continue my job further. I also know that no one will complain of Mr. YasirArain, because everyone wants to secure their job.It is therefore my humble request, to accept my resignation and takes some serious action as itwill definitely effect the reputation of Soneri Bank Limited.
