I used to say that tcs is the best courier in Pakistan but the incident of address not found in recent delievery makes me thik bad for TCS and recommend others not to use the service . Rawalpindi Branch Saddar have many immoral staff members and delievery agents. The reciever’s contact number is given on the courier to ease the agent . so that he can call the reciever in case of address not found. I hav’nt received any call and my deleivery is returned back to the sender . What is this behavior.
