Dear Sir/Madam,

I believe work ethics and customer management is a core foundation of any business operations. However, it was an unpleasant and unfortunate event that took place today morning at 9AM, when i visited your F7 Jinnah Supper Islamabad TCS express office/outlet to get my documents posted.

The representative employee of the outlet was highly unprofessional in dealing, lacked decency to talk to a customer and at all level was a misfit to represent a brand such as TCS. It is very unlikely of me to get annoyed or irritated easily. However, when i was done with process and came to the payment step he refused to take the cash, telling me in an instructive tone to get the money changed in small bills to pay the amount, to which i replied that it is not the concern of a customer to get the change.

Though the bill was of 400 rupees and the amount i was paying was 1000/- was not like i gave him a 5000 currency note. Besides that it would not even have mattered if the tone, the attitude would have been polite and said in a way that one could understand the concern. I would have not made an issue and would have cooperated with him.

but a customer has to be dealt in a proper way, it was really upsetting to see how such a brand as TCS can allow their worker to be so insensitive. Above all that, not being a liberal but the environment that guy had developed with traditional naat type music playing was a another turn off to see how can a international delivery service outlet operates, with such kind of atmosphere.

I am sorry for gushing all this down, but i really want you to know that such incident will leave bad impact on ur future clients/customers. it was very easy for me to walk out of their, walk 1 min to the next delivery service which costing me less than, what the TCS guy had asked and being treated well, as customer should be. the guy who was present at TCS F7- jinnah supper branch name was hafizullah, i would say he was a shameless person and lacked basic ethics.

I would like you to answer just simple situation, if you went to a shop to buy something or get a service done and the sales person tells you to go fetch a change, from a distance and come back to buy it. How would you feel. will you go get the change? to buy or will u just step out? go to another shop and buy that thing, bcz it would be less effort and more convenient. A customer is never backed off or told that we would not serve you.

but if you guys are selling it like this then God may be on ur side coz there is a tough competition.
