Dear Sir, On behalf of Grant Thornton Consulting (Pvt) Limited i want to launch a complaint against Habib Bank Limited Corpoate Branch Islamabad. As we have received a foreign remmitance from Afghanistan on September 07, 2016 through direct transfer. Despite of our several reminders Bank has not remit the said amount to our Account. On this day i.e September 10, 2016 State Bank has advised all the commercial banks to remain open but unfortunately all the staff from the concerned department in HBL corporate branch Islamabad was on leave. I belieave that this is the gross negligence from the branch and therefore the said amount could not been tranfered to our account.Please consider this letter as a formal complaint under your complaints handling scheme and take the appropriate action against the branch.
