I am facing No Gas Supply since 20 hours. I lodged complaint on 1199. The gave me complaint # 5885581206. My details are (Account ID 16846020002 Sh Mohammad Jamil, 320-E, Satellite Town, Gujranwala). A team of 2 people came on my door and checked the pipeline outside my door. There was Zero Gas Pressure. They referred me to another department and left. My question is that we people are busy in our daily life. Isn’t it a duty of an employee to properly forward our issue to his team members on his own rather than suggesting us to visit the office because it’s not our duty to beg in front of them to restore the facility.
