My cousin, Raja Muhammad Ashraf, Principal of Model School and resident of Sector I-14/4, Islamabad, applied on URGENT basis category for the SUI GAS connection in Janaury 2016. Despite an elapse of three years, the SNGPL has not installed SUI GAS connection so far. But on other side, the SNGPL has provided SUI GAS connections in the same sector out of PRIORTY to applicants of the current year 2018.
Although it is a CDA Sector and CDA has paid full payment of expenditure of laying out of sui gas pipeline works to SNGPL for the provision of Sui Gas connections to the residents of this sector. But in spite of this, the SNGPL, Islamabad, has demanded Rupees 0.4 Million (FOUR LAKH) from my cousin while sui gas supply is existed at a distance of hardly 250 feet far from his house. The Minister of Petroleum & Gas is requested to at least respect the national builders of this State of the Quaid – Islamic Republic of Pakistan – and to improve the worst working system of SNGPL Islamabad

An application for domestic connection dated 25 March 2015 , connection did not provided for the reason that sui gas network is not exiting in front of house . Whereas SNGPL has given connection to neighbors along with two installing meters at main road. As per their criteria which is its own purpose for delaying tactcis for applicants which implicate loss of institution. On the other side SNGPL have given connections under ground / concealed Gi pipe which goes through in front of my house which negate their criteria which mentioned in sop.
