Salam o alaikum…
I would dare to seek your kind favour / help regarding issue of demand notice for domestic conncetion for my house built in shadman town, gadwal wah cantt distt rwp for which application was submitted on 04.02.2015 wherein it has been intimated by concerned office located at basti wah cantt that all demand notes upto july-2015 has been issued but even survey has not been done so far in my case by the deptt …
Therefore, it is again requested to kindly issue orders and forward my request to concerned corner accordingly because i am in much need of gas connection. If your goodness favours me, i will be greatful to you for this act of kindness…
