Dear sir,
it is stated that i am submitted the new connection dated 07/09/2012 at Sui Northern Gas Pipelines limited office Faisalabad my Customer ID: 6703799953 on my father Name Muhammad Amin S/O Ghulam Ali. four months ago a surveyor is came with local political agent Mr. Abdur Rehman know as Dr Mana call and come to our house and complete the survey at the end they demeaned of rupees for survey the house i refuse to giving them money and say no to corruption and asked the surveyor to check his ID card of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines limited he refuse and go to van. According to your sale Office it our right to check the ID of the surveyor. at that time the surveyor and the local agent say we see how you get the connection without giving the money and get away. After that i came to faisalabad Sui Gas office and say all the matter to your sale office but he asked me your application is not of proceed come again i came again and again four to five time but still nothing he say their is no record of survey of your connection. one month ago i came again and say about my survey complaint he enter the computer and say with in one month your survey has been carryout but now one month is completed no surveyor has came and no survey is carryout i came to Sui Gas office faisalabd 20 to25 time but still nothing only that person they give them money for corruption their meter is ready for use on my date most of meter is ready for use but my survey is not complete because i reject to corruption. Please consider my complaint at priority basses thank and reply me.
