Dear sir/ madam, It is submitted that I made telephonic complaints to helpline Sui Northern Gas on 15-09-16 and 21-09-16 against Mr. Muhhamd Muslim house no. 37 Jahanzeb Block near Kali Kothi stop, Iqbal Town Lahore. The complaint was filed after repeated requests to Mr. Muslim but he did not bother. Actually the noise of the generator is irritating for nervous system of my old mother and my family. Moreover, it is an illegal use of domestic gas generator. The offical on helpline did not take the complaint serious and offered lame excuses. That is why I decided to file the complaint through online complaint process for record keeping with the hope to have positive results i.e., ban on gas generator. Mr. Muhammad Saeed Mehdi,Chairman, Mr. Amjad Latif,Chief Executive/Managing Director and Mr. Khakan Abbassi, Minister Gas and Petrolium will be intimated in case the complaint will again be taken for granted.
