Dear Sir,
I have the following lines to say and for your kind notice too:
1- I am customer of HBL being issued ATM Card and delivered on my postal address on dated 15-11-2019, but unfortunately the same has been delivered to some one named, Ms:Sehar vide TCS Consignment# 30344640704 on dated.19-11-2019 as confirmed from M/S TCS Nawabshah.
In the light of above facts it is very sorry to say that what kind of customer care training’s are arranged for such employees of HBL/TCS who dont care in such matters nor a single call on my cell# 03111 013111 to deliver such important assignment which cause mental stress.
