respected sir with due respect im account holder at hbl intenational islami university H/10 secter branch. my debit card was not working i returned back to hbl intenational islami university H/10 secter branch they have sent hbl head office khi i already complaint about it. kindly issue me new debit card.

Dear sir.
With due respect i m account holder at hbl Nust Campus
sector H-12 Islamabad branch. My debit card was not working since April 2019 and I have returned back to hbl Nust Campus sector H-12 Islamabad branch. I approached the concerned Bank, but no positive response have been received . kindly i requested u to take initiative /necessary action against the illegible staff .
It is further to say please solve my my problem and send new debit card immediately.
