Who will give the Justice

Once i have received a pamphlet from Wafaqi Mohtasib Karachi there in it was mentioned that you will get Justice free of cost at your door step within 60 days,But it is not like that as mentioned,you have to face lots of problems.
even than your problems will not be solved.
According to my Experence with wafaqi Mohtasib Islamabad/Karachi Office.
1st Case,Case Nos ONL/1632/15.

I have contacted to wafaqi Mohtasib that K-electric have changed my meter saying that its burnt, but how can i come to know that its burnt unless they return to me,whereas i am paying its cost,plus i am also paying its Rent monthly,even than meter is not mine,how it is possible,so the Senior Advisor Mr Muhammed Ishaque Lashari gave his Decission on 4-6-2015,that the representative of the Agency undertook in writing that the burnt out meter will be returned,being a property of the Consumer.
But sorry to say,14 Months have passed, I have not received my meter back from K-electric,Wafaqi Mohtasib himself is not in a position to implement his own order,Inspite of my several reminders.Its seems that they are working under the supervision of k-electric,and not on Wafaqi Mohtasib Islamabad,

2nd Case,Case Nos WMS-ONL3511/15.

I have contacted to Wafaqi Mohtasib on 8-9-2015.and i informed them that my meter was changed and it was faulty,not a single unit have been charged, and k-electric are sending bills on average basis,regularly to me,plus the cost of meter Rs 2444=The Senior Advisor Mrs Yasmin Saud gave her Decission on 26-10-2015,that in your next bill k-electric will send actual bill and not on average basis,few months have passed,k-electric again added the cost of faulty meter in my bill to pay,I again contacted to Mrs Yasmin Saud and informed her that k-electric once again asking me to pay the cost of faulty meter,she replied once decission is taken I cant do more.
Therefore, I have to pay the cost of that faulty meter.just bcoz she favored to k-electric,& not to complainant.Its seems that they are working under the supervision of k-electric,and not on Wafaqi Mohtasib Islamabad.

3rd Case, Case Nos,KHI/5736/15.

I have contacted to wafaqi Mohtasib on 6-11-2015,that k-electric pressurizing on me to Increase the sanction Load upto 3 KW,wheras i am using 1KW,which is sufficent for us,for which i am paying a Security Rs 250=,The senior Advisor Mr Siraj.S.Shamsuddin,asked k-electric why you want to increase his sanction load now,I understand that may be this complainant had said something wrong to your boss for which you are taking revenge from him just remove all these,Mr Siraj told me to go home you will get the reply from us soon,After few days I have received a reply from Wafaqi Mohtasib in negative that K-electric have submitted a Notification from Minstry of water & Power Islamabad, Nos SRO 22(1)2011 dated 10-I-2011, according to which rates of security deposit @ Rs 1220=per KW, were made applicable on resedential consumers of urban areas falling within the territories of k-electric, Mr Siraj asked K-electric to submit a survey report on next hearing,K-electric representative visited to my house and surveyed and he noted 5fans,6 energy savers bulbs,1 iron,1 fridge,2 water pumps,1 tv, and made 3456 KW, and submitted a report to Mr Siraj,I told him that i am not using all fans,all bulbs simultaneously,i used only,when i am in that room.when i required,
Secondly, I told him that why this law is only applicable on me,and not to other neighbours, Mr Siraj told me to submit proof of your neighbours, I said ok and i have submitted the proof which are as follows.

Even than the Decission given against me,
I have submitted the Review Petetion to consider my case once again,they have admitted but their assistant does not allow me to see Mr Siraj,even at the time of hearing his assistant interrupted me many times that i should not defend my case properly,they always support to Client and not to Complainant,In the review petetion they rejected my case and informed me to contact Presedent of Pakistan in terms of Article 32 of P.O.No 1 of 1983,
I have reported this matter to Wafaqi Mohtasib Islamabad Mr Salman Faruqui dated 19-2-2016,but no reply as yet,
I have sent an email to Presedent of Pakistan dated 22-3-2016,but no reply as yet,Its seems that they are working under the supervision of k-electric,and not on Wafaqi Mohtasib Islamabad.
I am not the only one who is facing these problems,I met there so many peoples who are facing these type of problem,I asked the media & news papers to visit and see from there own eyes what is going on how peoples are suffering, at Wafaqi Mohtasib Office karachi,they called public to visit at 10.30am, but the staff members of Wafaqi Mohtasib first only allow to those peoples who have references, if the time remain than they allow the general public otherwise they have to come on next date. The represetative of K-electric have a contact with the staff members of Wafaqi Mohtasib they always available with them,But the compalainat have no rights to ask anything to their staff regarding there cases,they have to sit in the Corridor of Wafaqi Mohtasib office, as we are the Culprits,I saw in mostly cases once peoples comes with there complaints, and next time they does not visit just bcoz the 99% Decission goes in favour of K-electric & the 1% in favour of Complainat on which there is no implementation.Its seems that they are working under the supervision of k-electric,and not on Wafaqi Mohtasib Islamabad.
