Dear sir
i am using two data sim for 4g service.i was using sim 03145147587.ans i recharge my 2nd sin 03168948974 rs 1500 for 25 gb data.order no 89096. on dated 20-6-17.while i remain using my first sim.last night i insert my 2nd sim in device and i found that i have balance of rupee 811.
my question why my package is not active when amount is transfer for package.
2nd thing i have recharge for my another sim.that i have not use.
if my data from the sim i was using finished then it should be stopped not to deduct my amount.
my amount must be return to me.
