It has been more than 10 days that my complain # 0312-1406954 has not been resolved where Zong’s local office at 1-Infantry Road, Dharampura Lahore Cantt has overbilled us for their Zong 4G Fiberhome device. Mr. Imran from complaints department is in pursuit of it yet no progress has been made.
