Hi, I am using zong this particular number from last 7 to 8 months. Few days ago I recharge my balance thrice with 100 rupees card load each time. Few days ago I talk with customers service representative and asked why you guyz deduct my balance. I get a rwfund of 150 rupees today I check my balance and its showing I am having insufficient balance. I am really feed up from your services. Please resolve my query otherwise I am going to change my net work.
