Sir meri zong sim ka balance 26-2-2018ko expire hona tha jo k mje maloom nai tha..mene msgs check nai kiye.aj call k lye num dail kia to balance zero tha.. mene foran dusra card load kia k shaid balance recover ho jae per nai hua..plz mje mera balance wapas kia jae..i want my money back..other wise i will change my network..

I received a message of recharging 950 RS but in sim ricieved only 37 rs … please help…where my balance went???
