Dear sir,
I purchased htc desire android set and was given a free Zong 4 GB net card to load. I found the card was expired exactly last year in same month 31.Dec.2015. (Pin code No: t 33186 c) with serial no> 1507143088
the shopkeeper provided me another card to load for free net service for 6 months. It worked till yesterday from 7-1-17. now net is disconnected and a customer officer contacted me on lodging a complaint on line and told me that the card will no longer work after one month as it was not for the set you purchased.
Now the card provided for HTC desire was already expired and when i charged card provided by the retailer it worked for almost 15 days, while agetr charging the caed, it mentioned that i will be provided 6 months free net service at speed of 1Gb per month.
Zong service is poor in multan as regards signals for mobile internet second issue is fraudulent attitude of the Zong company for providing expired free net card of 6 months and creating problems and wastage of time of the customers.
should i refer the matter to PTA?
