Zong network / Newly converted to zong network from Telenor but unable to use my balance and other services

Few days ago i converted my network from Telenor to zong number 03441047161 due to network issues after that i recharged Rs 400+ since than my balance is not in my use because it is not showing here. I don’t know why i am not able to use its service of call, sms and internet. I have complained several times to customer care representative and did all the instructions what they told me to do but still my issue is not resolved. Am attaching fresh screenshot of balance query. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible so i could use zong network services for long time.

How to file a complaint against Zong network?

* Go to page
* Write Zong network in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Zong network.
