Hi , i am using zong from few months and i am really disoppointed with zong service because i am getting extra charge from week.. it was ok before last week but now i have lost 1200 rupees in one week for nothing which zong have charged me
I have active super weekly package and within few hours i got massage saying you have used 1GP and then after 10 mnts 2nd massage saying you have used 1.6GP then can you imagine within a mints got another txt saying you have used all your deta. dont know how come and then same thing happened next day as well.. can anyone tell me how can i use 1 GP deta in 1 mint..
And also zong have snatch my money many time like 50 once and then 40 so on..
It seems that zong network is harrasing people and snatching money . I called customer service and explain them everything they say we cant do anything ..at the end i would say that ZONG NETWORK IS RUBISH AND SHIT SERVICE
