Dear Sir
My name is Dr Zahid Usman (NIC: 38301-1871865-7) and I am working as Assistant Professor(BPS:19) in university of Education Lahore, D.G. Khan campus. Yesterday I asked customer care to provide me tax certificate against my previously used zong data sim
1) 0315-7068372
2) 0312-1603489
but I got a message from customer care that I do not have any record.
I am surprised how can this happen?
I am using not third device, I replaced first two sim from a zong franchise in D.G.Khan. How can my data lost?
I need to submit my tax certificate till 30th of this month. I would be greatly thankful to you, if you provide me tax certificates for both above mentioned sims
