They make offers but fail to honour them. We subscribed to their new 6-months Internet package by paying them Rs 10,000, and before the fifth month was over, they sent a message informing us that our package has expired. Only after a lengthy chat through their live chat system on their website did they eventually *indirectly* acknowledge the error and granted the final month. Still, their charges have been steadily increasing, and they make do not give the full bandwidth paid for. Their phone service has similar problems with unexplained deductions.
