I would like to inform you that my broad band connection No. 021-327807794 last 7 Months the above connection is not working properly. The problem is slow browsing low parameter and SNR margin . My broad band package is 2 MB and also customers last 3,4 year.
Now days the said connection is bad services and appearing disconnecting continuously day after day the connection is doing problem last 3 months and complaining continuously. When I complain in exchange but representative do not response me properly.
Please kindly considered the my matter and solve my problem also any other quarries please let me know.
