Call centre staff.
I would like to register my complaint regarding to contact centre agents as they even don’t know that what the customer services are. I called on your UAN number from 03084448356 on 13th and 14th July for reservation. Firstly they put me on mute and then dropped by call without my consent and same was happend on 14th July as well. I know that customer services are not your core competencies bht let me tell you one thing that customer experience is getting hamperd just because of these activities. Please take some corrective measures against them.
