rude behavior and irresponsible staff
I think this company should shut down.. irresponsible staff and non supportive customer representatives. U people are showing on-line that parcel has been delivered but i have not received it. The signature and phone number on receiving receipt are also not showing .
thus after 3 days i went to head office later was there, they hide and putt on screen letter
delivered.i have complain number and reminder,but it is my falt.
