Dear Sir, Your staff behaviour is a bullshet. They treat us like animal instead animals might have some rights, however we don’t have at your bus stand. I booked my seat from Haripur to Peshawar, the departure time was 8:35 pm dated 13/5/2017. The road at Havelian was closed/jam packed. I call you center having number 0331-111007008 twice afte some intervals from the number +92-331-111-007-008 And they said that the departure is on due time…I rushed to the bus stand Haripur, and here I found that it is late, I requested them to conform the location of the vehicle and they refuse. Here the dress code of your staff, their attire is like sweepers, they are not even properly dress. The office set up is a bull Shet, they even don’t know how to talked with the customers. My request is of you cannot maintain your standard, just close your service and shift your vehicles to the common bus stands. Your staff needs proper trainings, their communications skills are zero, they don’t know how to talk and how to respect customers. Regards Syed Mohammad Shakeel Advocate
