I applied for a Silk Bank credit card over a month ago, and I haven’t received clear feedback on the status of my application. While my payslip has been verified, the verification process is complete, and I’m in touch with the card team, they are not providing me with accurate information. I’m seeking assistance in identifying the underlying issue with my credit card application.
