I am a Silkbank credit card holder and have been using your card for the last three years.
My payment has never been late or short but for the last three or four months due to heath conditions ofy wife and son.
My wife was admitted in hospital from past two months.
I regularly informed your credit card center about the whole situation but now they are behaving very rudely and abusing me for the payment which was late due to these circumstances.
Now the situation is that I have just finished the hospital,
Asking about money is different thing, but abuse is not tolerated.
I personally don’t know him as the part of your bank he ask me son of bitch and ass hole etc.
Mostly bankers are literate persons if they using this kind of language this is totally unacceptable.
I don’t know his name but i have his Mobile number which is +923329725018 where he calls me and start abusing.
I hope that a proper solution will be found to this matter.
As for the payment, I will get it done in the next one week.
I need the action against the abusive boy, other wise I will take up the matter with the SBP

* Write Credit Card in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Credit Card.
