Respected Sir, it is stated that Silk Bank has issued the credit card (4588-2600-0096-4967) to the undersigned in March, 2018. It is worth mentioning here that the under signed never applied for credit card at Silk Bank and neither received any kind of card from SILK Bank. It is further clarified that the undersigned was abroad on official duty when he received credit card bill on e-mail. The undersigned contacted with silk bank through mail (copy attached) and silk bank registered complaint under complaint No. 2018092600034 about the subject matter however, no response received till date.
After that, when undersigned returned back to Pakistan in 2019, the undersigned visited Silk Bank F-7 Branch and put an application with all documentary evidences in July, 2019 regarding the resolution of subject matter. The representative of Silk Bank told that the bank will contacted you shortly after investigation. However, the Bank never contacted to the undersigned.
In view of all the facts mentioned above, it is highly requested to your esteemed for resolution of said matter as early as possible. Copy of the correspondence is attached here with for your reference please.
