Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Wrong Product Delivery and fraudulent activity
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Daraz Mall regarding a fraudulent and negligent transaction related to my recent order of “Faster TG340 Neckband.”
Despite placing an order for the specified product, I received a completely different and incorrect item. Immediately after receiving the parcel, I filed a complaint through the Daraz application and provided all required evidence, including:
• Order number
• Picture of the Airway Bill
• Date of parcel receipt
• Pictures of the wrong product received
• Complete transaction details
However, instead of resolving the issue, I have repeatedly been asked to provide the same information again via email, even though it has already been submitted through the official complaint channel. This unnecessary delay and repeated demand for documents indicate poor complaint handling and negligence.
Despite multiple follow-ups, my refund has not been processed, and the matter remains unresolved. This has caused me financial loss, inconvenience, and mental distress.
Due to the lack of proper response and resolution from Daraz Mall, I have filed a complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and am proceeding with filing a case in the Consumer Court under applicable consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
I hereby demand:
Immediate refund of my full payment.
Written confirmation of refund processing.
Proper investigation against the vendor responsible for sending the wrong product.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will continue to pursue legal remedies available under Pakistani law.
I expect your urgent action within 48 hours.
