Order Marked Delivered But Item Not Received
Complaint Details:
I placed two orders on Daraz which were handled by PK-DEX courier service (Tracking IDs: PK-DEX195986651 and PK-DEX196031888). Both orders show “Delivered” status in the app — one on 26 April 2026 and another on 28 April 2026, delivery address: Javeria Bibi, Sheikhupura.
However, I never received either of these packages at my address. I contacted the delivery rider personally and he promised to deliver the next day, but it has now been over a week and there has been no delivery and no response from the rider.
Daraz’s app falsely shows the status as “Delivered” which is completely misleading. This is either a case of fake delivery scanning or theft by the courier. I demand either immediate delivery of my items or a full refund.
I request strict action against PK-DEX courier and Daraz for this fraud.
