For the past 6 months, all the parcels that have been sent via TCS did not get delivered to my address. I had to call the courier company repeatedly and requested the manager to make arrangements but all in vain. Everytime I have to get it collected myself. In Feb, one of my parcels were returned due to fake failed delivery attempts from your department. The manager ( Mr Ali, 03027905465) was reported, who ensured that upon reordering, the parcel will be delivered whenever it reaches their office. I repeatedly called him once the parcel arrived at the facility but to my surprise, my number was blocked and no response has been shown to any messages. It is with EXTREME disappointment that I have to request you to close your operations in our area, and not to accept any parcels that you do not intend to deliver- instead of just labeling it a ‘non-operational area’. Please take action against the manager and their office staff, for not responding and keeping customers on the hook. I have had 6 parcels with fake delivery attempts, info regarding them can be shared upon request.
