After being mentally tortured, spending lots of time in follow up and being lost hundreds of rupees in calling your staff and your delivery partner leopard courier. Finally, couple of hours ago (03-12-2016 at 10:50 pm) I have received my order no. 301476796 of HP Star Wars Special Edition an050nr Laptop. But it feels that my worries still not over because a broken/defective product has been delivered to me. There are two major faults that I have noticed in first look have been mentioned as under:-
1) Battery open/close left side button is broken (snaps attached)
2) Display Screen has very visible blurred area on right & left corners both top and bottom of the screen (snaps attached)
I would also request you to immediately proceed the refund process of my money. As I do not want the replacement of this product anymore because I believe that under the name of a refurbished product with high price, a sub-standard product is being offered.
