Aoa..i ordered shoes from daraz.pk and after ordering the shoes,they were delivered the next day but the size was not right so asked for a replacement and requested for a size 8..the next day Some guy from a coriour service came and collected my shoes to be replaced and said “your new(replaced) shoes will be delivered in two to three days”…its been more than a week and i haven’t got my shoes..i called daraz but they are not responding well..according to them,they never collected my shoes and they have no track of it…but i only gave the information (regarding the replacement of my shoes) to daraz.pk so how can another coriour service come and collect my shoes. this is not fair as i have also paid daraz for my shoes..i request you to immediately deal with this matter and consider my complaint. thank you.
