My son Umair Hassan had booked Samsung LED Model UA49K5100 from so called Daraz Black Friday Sale for the home. Payment was surely made on receipt of product through TCS which did not permit its inspection or opening before payment. On its commissioning the product was found faulty. It has blur picture with poor resolution. Quality of colors is much below the expectations. Few complaints were lodged but response has been lukewarm and extremely poor. This has surely been a big dissatisfier and a bad experience leading to a resolve not to venture a blind purchase in future particularly with Daraz.
