Daraz.pk / Non delivery after getting full payment

I had placed an order for Changhong Ruba 32E3600 LED and my order No. is 302839929. I made payment through JazzCash which was successful and TID No. 170303065974 was generated against my payment.

After doing the payment on 04.03.2017 at about 01:15 p.m., I made a call at Daraz and asked about my payment at first they replied that the payment has been received but after some hours my order details disappear from my account. I called again and then they informed that although your payment has been received but due to some error your order has been declared as invalid.

Its 06.03.2017 but upto now neither I have received call from Daraz regarding my order’s confirmation, nor my order’s status is available on my account after login in at daraz.

When I tracked my order by order number, it shows following message:

Creation Date: 03/03/2017 14:15:08 Payment Method: JazzCash

32E3600- HD Ready LED -32 Inch – 1366 x 768 – Black – Brand Warranty

04/03/2017 14:15:14
Payment or order details are invalid.

03/03/2017 14:15:09
Payment details are being verified.

Kindly do the needful at your end.
