Dear Draz Order Delivery Team,
With reference to my order #304259166 for shaving trimer hair cutter machine. Today dated November, 19 2016, I had received my order but when I open the box is seem like cover with dust also when I had start to touch my face it reply electric shot feeling and cut my face skin. So how I can trim my face hair it not possible to use it properly. Kindly take it and replace it as soon as possible. I have buy verify if stuff from your web in account of my father but this time very bad experience, please tack action and check the goods before dispatch other wise no one can purchse stuff from Draz.
