This is abdul rehman. I have sent my phone in warranty claim on 23rd August and It was sent back to me with original phone prince 12900 PKR. Daraz helpine asked me to refuse this as it is a Bloody MISTAKE so that they can get the phone back to Karachi and send me back with 0 price. Now its been 1 month and 5 days total that I cant get my phone and on Daraz helpline, I get the response “Maafi chahty hn hamain apka status nai mil raha and complaint is being forwaded to claim dept”. Is it a joke ? Kindly send me back my phone asap
