Dreadful experience with Daraz. Customer service for order 183577402871034 was an absolute nightmare. No callback option and chat representatives in recent interactions showed zero empathy. System updates and refunds were excessively delayed. If Daraz aims to improve its chat system, they need competent agents who actually follow up and understand the frustration of customers dealing with their incompetence. Despite being a longtime user, this recent experience was beyond disappointing. I have not received my refund of 23000 pkr which was placed on 4th of april.
