It is stated that I am ur loyal customer and enjoulying ur fascilities. But sir I am facing an issue and my branch behaviour is very irresponsible and illmannerable.
Issue.
Sir I purchased a product on website(daraz.pk) and mistakenly do two things but I have to order one.they say the amount will be revert in my account and also called and informed me that amount is reverted against an authorization id provided by them.when I call to ur hbl helpline they say to talk to branch and branch is putting deaf ear to my complain and scenario.even they r not ready to attentively listen to me.plz see what is the issue or I am forced to close the connection to ur bank.
