I transfer money via easy paisa to jazz cash on 29/7/20 but the amount not credit in my jazz cash and still awaiting.2 time call to easy paisa customer care and tell the whole information via complaint no 144811 & 144801 but no process still this time i m in so problem due to money at the ocean of eid ul azha

I made a transaction of RS.4000/=
Trx ID 8401602889, Dated August 8, 2020 from my Easypaisa mob A/C
To Jazz Cash mob A/C, Although the transaction shows that funds been transferred to Jazz Cash A/C but still not showing into my jazz Cash A/C.
I did contact to the customer services via phone, Although Easypaisa advisor told me that we have recorded your complaint and we will(Team) be look into the problem and will get back to me within 40 working hours. Now today is August 15th, 2020 and still I’m looking forward to hear from easypaisa and Jazz Cash in order to resolve this issue but the only thing that I feel that’s disappointment. I guess Easypaisa and Jazz Cash both are responsible for such disgusting service.
Hope some day it will be resolved.
