With due respect I am using telenor sim 03458808902 and also activated my easy paisa account but on 27/11/2016 I received a call from Telenor number 03465555544 and being informed that you have won 5 years using services amount. I haven’t informed anything regarding myself and pin code on the call but still after the call my sim was replaced without biometric and my consent. My easy paisa amount of Rs. 50,000/- also deducted fruadulently, I am totally insecure of this kind of services. I have already lodged a complaint number 51383 dated 28 November 2016. But reply not yet received. Please reply otherwise consumer will lodge a report in court,
