some days ago i was trying to purchase a package of internet which name is is discounted 4g ultra weekly bundle.
every time i press the button of pay now,
the only thing appearing was the system is busy or 404 error.
suddenly i received two messages from 3737 that the package mentioned above is activated twice successfully.
in no time i called 3737 and registered a complaint and told the easypaisa support centre that i am facing this problem and they assured me that my transaction will be reversed and i will get my money back the other package amount will be e added back to my account but nothing has been done in this respect yet.
i am attaching the picture of message of my complaint number in which i was told that my complaint will be close on wednesday we are working on this complaint.
i hope that the person reading my complaint it will surely resolve my problem as soon as possible thank you very much.
