AoA, I have been charged falsely on 6th July’2020, as i noticed and called 3737 as raised this issue with one of the agent then the agent passed my complaint and told that will be resolved with 16 working hours as its been more then a month now, and now its non-refundable due to the lacking and falsely charged by easy paisa. I tried to contact them for a month every time an agent speak with me and pass my query but uptil now my money has not been reversed, they deducted my money without my permission….
