Easy pesa has deducted Rs. 1500/- from my account as beops deduction. And their help line is unable to explain it.
I submitted the complaint on helpline but today I received a message from help.
Dear Customer. Your Complaint # 12149822 has been closed with status Declined. You may contact 3737 or 042111003737 for details. Thank you.
Now what should I do.
It means our money is not safe on easy pesa.
They will deduct any from our account whenever they want

* Write Easy pesa in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Easy pesa.
