Dear Telenor Micro Finance Bank/Easypaisa,

This is about complain of easypaisa. I placed order on 06-15-2017 for Rs 4,068 for different items on daraz.pk (orderno: 302259548 ). I used the payment method easypaisa.

I got the message with the TR-ID from 3737 that the payment has been transferred / debited but after that received another message immediately from 3737 that the transaction failed / your payment was not successful to daraz.pk merchant.

I am attaching the SMS i received on 3737, this is usual problem for users using easypaisa account. Many times the payment does not forward and got outside the easypaisa portal to other merchants but only the individual account of easypaisa users get debited which is a lot annoying because money got stuck and we need to do followup and write the lengthy emails with proofs and snapshots. I requested again and again easypaisa to improve the service and resolve it permanently these link down issues /broken transaction issues. Yesterday I was very happy with easypaisa as it was working quite good and done some transaction using my account but today 06-15-0-2017 again my payment stuck and you need to do the reconciliation and resolution/reversal to my easy paisa mobile account with the money not actually transferred to the merchant but only a debit entry executed, which you need to reverse. (RS 4,068)

I have the denial and confirmation email from Daraz.pk that they have not received any payment against the daraz order: 302259548 and TR-ID of easypaisa: 832636540. (from you)
so that all ended up with the transaction error message from 3737 and the payment not paid to the merchat daraz.pk.

This is the FIRST STEP for the request to resolve the issue amicably earliest with good gestures. I also appeal to make sure it won’t happen again in future which troubling a lot customers of easypaisa.

I have attached the transaction and order snapshot in the attachment. Which detail and also writing in black & white here:

    I did an easyload of 50 on my scom number through easypaisa.
    The transection was successful but money didn’t receive on my scom account………

  2. 2 days before yesterday someone told me that you can earn 5k through easypaisa daily, for this he got my Easy paisa account number and after taking this number, since 3 days, i m recieving this messege that,
    opps! Transaction failed because you didn’t dial your pin code.
    Which means that someone has tried to steal my money from easypaisa but has adapted some way for this act. I haven’t open my easypaisa app beacause of this danger. So how i avoide this because sometime i will need money i will go to my easypaisa app but if i sign in so they will steal it.
    What procedure should be followed to avoide this theft.

  3. KINDLY TELL ME WHAT IS THE SOLUTION OF THIS ERROR. I CAN’T SEND MY MONEY TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT.
