Dear Sir,
It is stated that I have been using an easy paisa account for the past five years. Easypaisa is a popular microfinance bank and online payment service.
I received a notification from easypaisa at 11:25 a.m. today (Saturday, 3 December) informing me that RS.199 had been deducted from my account for an order on “Pi Pakistan Pvt Ltd” that I never placed. I’ve never heard of the aforementioned company or purchased anything from them. Please investigate this matter and authorise easypaisa to repay the money as well as take legal action against these fraudulent scammers.
