On 5th sep 2018 9:20pm my father sent me 20000 rupees to my easy paisa account from his online bank account. He recieved the message of successful transation to my acoount but i did not get the message from 3737 neither my account was credited with the money sent. I called easy paisa help line so many times and told them the problem but they continued saying its not their fault. Now what i do whete is the money sent to me?? My account details could be checked i didnot my account is not deposited with the transation done on 5th september. Please take immediate action as 20000 is not a small amount.
