I received Rs.2000 in my account on 24.03.2023 and on 25.03.2023 when I checked my account. It comes in my knowledge that company deducted Rs.15 as sms charges. In this regard, i wants to submit that neither I requested nor i gave permission for paid SMS service. Activation of sms service and dedication of Rs.15 as service charges, is against the norms of justice. My amount should be returned.
