I received a call from easypaisa(0347) dated August 12, 2020 on my ufone number 03336083668regarding insurance, agent told me for Rs.1600/- I would get insurance and offered me Rs.10,000/- cashback exactly after a month, when i contacted the easypaisa helpline on September 12, 2020. I was refused the said cashback and told that only payment could be made after my death. I made a complaint (request#334942) that agent lied to me by making fake offer of R.10,000/- so payback my Rs.1600/- and my claim could be verified from call recording made by easypaisa. On September 15, 2020 I received a text message that my request #334942 is closed with status “Resolved”. again i contacted easypaisa helpline but no satisfactory response was given to me.
I request authorities to get call recording of the agent who made sale of insurance by fraud on August 12, 2020 and payback my Rs.1600/- as I’m interested to avail this fraudulent insurance offer.

1. Mn ne 9.11.20 ko Rs. 3600 cash add krwaya HBL credit card se mre credit card se cash to deduct ho gya but mre easy paisa account mn add nai hwa mn forn complaint ki but koi process nai hwa or abi tk pending hai
2. 10.11.20 ko Rs. 5000 and Rs. 5000 ki 2 transaction add krwayi HBL credit card se ye b cash mre easy paisa account mn nai hwa or mjhy cash nai mla
Kindly mre is matter ko reslove krwaye mra total 13,600/- bound hwe hai
