I have made new easypaisa account a few weeks ago. 2 weeks ago somebody from easypaisa called me and told me some insurance advertisement. I didn’t ask or agreed to take any insurance policy but I found my account had been charged with Rs.375.
Same thing happened to my colleague.
Amaizing thing is that Rs. 375 is not showing in easypaisa mini statement which is another fraud.
I have called easypaisa helpline many times but they don’t seem listening. They are making lame excuses and even not sending me the correct account statement.
It is not about getting back Rs.375. It is about us, the consumers. These fraudulent companies are looting us everywhere and somebody need to stop them.
